Mubarak hai woh aadmi

Blessed is the man

Jo paap ke raaste pe nahin chalta hai

who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly

Rukta nahin paapiyon ke raaste mein kahin

Nor stands in the path of sinners

Jinko nafrat hai khuda se,Unki mehfil mein na jaye

nor sits in the seat of the scornful

Jinko shariyat mein khuda ki, Hi mazaa milta hai

But his delight is in the law of the Lord

Woh us darakht ki maanind

He shall be like a tree

Jo hai paani ke kinare

Planted by the rivers of water

Apne mausam se phal aaye

That brings forth its fruit in its season

Rahe patte hare bhare-2

whose leaf also shall not wither

So woh jo kuch bhi hai karta, Woh use phalta hai.

And whatever he does shall prosper

Sukhe tinke ki tarah jism yeh ud jaayega

The ungodly are like the chaff which the wind drives away

Uske darbar mein paapi na jagah paayega-2

The sinners will not stand in the congregation of the righteous

ke khudawand jo hai saadikon se milta hai…

For the Lord knows the way of the righteous
